هدفت الد ا رسة الى أعداد برنامج لتنمية مها ا رت القيادة والتوجية التربوى من خلال توظيف بعض الإساليب التربوية الحديثة ، وتکونت عينه البحث من ) 30 ) موجهه  برياض الأطفال کمجموعة تجربية واحدة ، وقد تم تحديد مشکلة البحث فى التساؤل التالي : " ما فاعلية البرنامج التدريبى لتنمية مهارات القيادة والتوجيه التربوي لدي بعض موجهات رياض الأطفال ؟"، أوتبع البحث المنهج شبه التجريبي التصميم ذو المجموعة  الواحدة حيث تم قياس متغيرات  البحث التابعة قبل التأثير بالمتغير التجريبي )المتغير المستقل( ، ثم قياسها مرة أخري بعد التطبيق ، وتم الکشف عن الفروق بين متوسطي کل متغير قبل وبعد التطبيق ، وللأجابة على تساؤلات البحث قامت الباحثة بأعداد أستبيان لقياس مهارت القيادة والتوجية التربوى ، وأستبيان لقياس الأساليب التربوية الحديثة للتوجية التربوى ، وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث الى وجود فروق دالة إحصائي ا بين متوسطى درجات موجهات رياض الأطفال بالمجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين )القبلي والبعدي( لمقياس مهارات  القيادة والتوجيه التربوي لصالح التطبيق البعدي ، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائي   بين متوسطى درجات موجهات رياض الأطفال بالمجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين )القبلي والبعدي ( لمقياس الأساليب الحديثة في القيادة والتوجيه التربوي لصالح التطبيق البعدي.
Abstract
 
The study aimed to prepare a program for the development of leadership skills and educational guidance through the use of some modern educational methods. The research sample consisted of (30) kindergartens as one experimental group. The research problem was identified in the following question: What is the effectiveness of the training program The study followed the semi-experimental design of a single group where the variables of the dependent research were measured before the experimental variable (independent variable) was measured, then measured again after application, and then the differences between the mean of each variable After the application, and to answer the research questions, the researcher prepared a questionnaire to measure the skills of leadership and educational orientation, and a questionnaire to measure the modern educational methods of educational orientation. The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences between the average grades of kindergartens in the experimental group in the applications (tribal and post) And the existence of statistically significant differences between the average grades of preschool teachers in the experimental group in the applications (tribal and remote) for the measure of modern methods of leadership and educational guidance for the benefit of Coordination posttest.
